Como você está utilizando um add-on, o melhor é procurar o suporte dos mesmos para saber o que está acontecendo.

Não tem instabilidades no jira ou dashboards do produto.

currently there are no active incidents (https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/) and performances on my side seem good!

My suggestion is to check your network status first (and possibly try using another network) and if issue still persists contact Atlassian thorugh the following link https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

As minhas telas de dashboard tem ficado dessa forma e não concluindo mesmo colocando em uma outra rede.

O trabalho do dia a dia dos projetos , pelo que vi aqui não estou tendo problemas , mas os dashboard não estou conseguindo trabalhar.

Vale mencionar que nem o link de visualização das cobranças eu estou conseguindo.

sobre os dash estou usando um recurso de custom charts do OLD Street Solutions
