how to change status of issue (automation) when reporter download an attachment in there?

Hi @Виктория 

Jira Automation does not have the trigger when a reporter downloads an attachment.

If we take a look at webhooks, there are only webhooks for created and updated.

I guess it's not possible to change the status when reporter downloads an attachment in Automation, however, using Custom scripts (ScriptRunner) or google analytics and applications as such it's possible.
