¿how can I copy or clone documents with notes and comments?

Wen we copy or clone documents from one project yo other it moves with out comments or notes and we need this history, can you help me please!

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Unfortunately, there's not a straight way to clone an issue with comments using JIRA. We have a feature request created to implement this option:

Allow different "Clone Issue" options

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

For now, I can think of two options to work around this lack:

1 - You can use a third-party app to properly clone issues together with comments, like the ones below:

 - Clone Plus for Jira Server

Deep Clone for JIRA CLoud

2 - You can Export/Import issues with CSV files. Updating the project parameters and removing the issue key of the CSV file, the issues can easily be recreated in a new project with the same comments and fields.
