how I can get the all logged hours in a sprint in eazybi report

Hello everyone Hope everyone doing well I am struggling to get all the logged hour in a report by user per issue in a eazybi report when I select sprint in a page.

If I use time tracking option to get the original estimate and hour spend some of the values are missing and If I use issue original estimate and hour spend measure it give me all the values but when I want to divide them the division method is different. I am posting my results below.Screenshot (42).png

Hi @Umar Maroof

Without seeing all the details about the report layout, I could guess that your report is filtered by a "Time" dimension. Then "Hours spent" is a measure that interacts with the "Time" period, but "Issue Hours spent" is the just property that always returns the current cumulative value of the logged hours (regardless of the other dimensions used as page filters).

You could reach out to support@eazybi.com and provide the definition (exported to text file) of your report for more details.

@Sir Mārtiņš Vanags thanks for your response I am not filter by time dimension  I am filtering by sprint

Hi,

Also filtering by sprint would change the context of numerical measure "Hours spent".

However, "Issue hours spent" is just a cumulative hours regardless of other dimensions (but issue)

When filtered by sprint "Hours sprint" are worklogs during the sprint timeframe (between start and completed date in the sprint).

@Sir Mārtiņš Vanags the issue which hour spent is missing in my above picture the work is logged in between the sprint start and end but in report its not showing ..and this is not the first time I faced this previously as well with some issues hour spent is empty although there work is been logged within sprint start and end

@Sir Mārtiņš Vanags how can I change the method of total in issue hour spent I mean in above picture you can see when I divide the issue original estimate with issue hour spent in last column it divide one by one issue and the add whole percentage down but I want it divide the total by total I mean from the above picture it want it divide 21.00/19.92 but its not happening like that ...but in case of just time tracking like original estimate/ hours spent it divide the total result not like issue original estimate /issue hour spent
