create a ticket distribution chart in a team or project space for a period of 6 months

I want to check if Ticket distribution is happen equally or not, Basically scrum master will assigns the tickets with in the team. However, i want to whether it has been equally distributed or not. 

Can any one help me with Options -- either JQL or any other.
