Hello,
I wish to have a swimlane for the sprint and another for the support my team will provide for the company.
For the sprint I want to have the following columns:
"TO DO", "IN PROGRESS", "IN REVIEW", "DONE".
For the support I want to have the following columns:
"TO DO", "IN PROGRESS", "PENDING REPORTER", "DONE".
How can I costumize the columns like that?
Hi @Uri Shavit
Welcome to the community.
You requirement is not possible in a single board on a Jira project
A board can have multiple columns, to have column to be visible on a board this needs to contain a workflow status.
This can only be done by using different boards on the project, to have a different column layout. But as said before a column does require a workflow status to be visible.
Thank you for the help and info!
So can I present to board in the same place?

Hi @Uri Shavit
You can have multiple board on one project yes, if your project is a Company Managed project
A board is based on a filter, so based on the filter you can differentiate what you want to see on a board

Hi @Uri Shavit , welcome to the community.
If you are using company managed project (CMP), then you can create a separate board for the other team. However, if you are using a team managed project (TMP), this is not possible. You can check for the project type in the bottom left corner.
for CMP create a new board and under board settings go to columns and rename the desired columns. Be sure to map the statuses to the desired columns.
