Recently, our group has been trying to consolidate our 4-5 JIRA instances into a single one. As part of our release process we link the issue to LTVTS tickets, which must be closed before release. If we consolidate everything into a single JIRA this system would go away and we would end up linking them to the new system. Do you know if this would break the release process? I don’t see anything in 83895 that would require us to have a certain JIRA.
If you think it’s okay, what would we need to provide your team to ensure a smooth transition from LTVTS to the new JIRA?
Hello @Tharunkumar B
I am unsure who you were trying to contact, but you have posted your question in a user community for the Atlassian Jira product.
We are a community of users of the product, using our own instances of the product.
We are not a support team.
Also, I don't know what LTVTS is. Is that another software product? If so, perhaps you need to contact the support team for that product.
