configure transitions for certain users

Hi there, 

I am Jira-Admin and I am able to move Storys in Status "Done" back to "In Development" but my Team-Members can't. 

How can I configure the permissions, so that certain Team-Members can reopen Storys and Tasks?

Check your permission scheme

Resolve Issues

Ability to resolve and reopen issues. This includes the ability to set a fix Version.

Or did you set some validators?

This lead me to the solution!

We didn't set validators but Conditions. I just needed to add the specific member to the group mentioned in the Condition for the workflow transition.
