here we are using Jira V7.1.2
The user already has all the necessary permissions, including Scrum Master, Board Admin and Project Admin.However, the user is still encountering issues with creating and completing sprints.

I've checked the permission scheme and have taken a screenshot of the 'manage sprints' permission. The roles we discussed do have this permission.
Regarding who can perform this action, I've identified the specific user and their assigned roles. Please find the screenshot and user information attached.
