Hi @Іван Андрєєв,

To be able to help out, can you be more precise about how you define "a closed task" ?

For your scrum board, a task is considered closed when it is in the rightmost column of your board. If you have a closed status mapped to a different column on the board, that will not be considered closed by the board when you complete your sprint and so the task in that status will be moved to the next sprint.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Іван Андрєєв

My assumption would be that the particular task doesn't have a resolution status - could you check that?

If it doesn't, you should look to amend your workflow to ensure the resolution status is updated upon entering the last status.

Hope that helps - Steve.
