change in inactive users settings in jira cloud

Hi Team,

 

i want to understand where exactly in jira cloud is the setting available where we can define in how many days the users account should become inactive.

ay help on this would be highly appreciated.

There is no setting for that at this time. Jira Cloud/Atlassian Cloud does not have a feature to automatically disable inactive users. There is a change request for that:

User Administration for Atlassian Cloud products allows you to remove the user's access to a product (such as Jira), suspend their access, remove them from your site, deactivate or remove their account (if it is a managed account). What you can do depends on your level of administrative access.
