Hi,
Can anyone let me know, few of the external users are getting " Certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted certification authority". From admin perspective the certificates are valid and currently not expired.
What would be the reason and how to resolve this.
Regards,
Suma

This is what it says it is - the certificates are not right.
Jira does not do any SSL certification or validation itself, it's done by Tomcat or the proxy or load-balancer in front of Jira (I rarely set it up in Tomcat, it's far easier in proxies)
You'll need to start investigations at that level. How are you doing SSL for your Jira? Are the right CA certs installed in Tomcat or the proxy?
