board admin changing

One of the Jira board administrators left the company, and his Jira access was disabled. I'd like to add another administrator to that board instead of the current user, who has left. But I couldn't locate a way or an option to add a new user instead of the previous one. I'd also like to know what he has done for this project and how to recover it.

In the horizontal menu go to Board -> view all boards

Then search for the board you need to modify and clic on the 3 points ->Configure
