I took a look, and we are not currently aware of an issue causing the behavior you noted, and I was unable to reproduce locally, but I have reached out to our dev team to take a closer look.

Also, can you give me some additional details about your setup so we can try to narrow this down a bit further?

• Was this working previously and then it stopped, or is this a first-time setup and use 
• Are you trying to install this add-in for Excel Desktop, or the web interface for Office 365
• If you are using the desktop version of Excel what app version are you running or for Office 365 web interface what browser type and version are you using?
  • Noting:
    • If you are trying to install this add-in for Excel Desktop, you must also have an Office 365 subscription
    • This add-in is not supported on Office 2016, Office 2019 Pro Plus, or versions of Office 365 before 1904 on Windows or 16.24 on Mac.
• Have you recently updated the app or browser, or do you have any pending updates?
