We have integrated our Zoho Desk and Jira for customer tickets. However, the UI in Jira makes it difficult to click on the actual link (text field). Is there a different way to do this so we can click and it hyperlinks back to Zoho instead of being a text field with both the Zoho @# and link in the same text box?
It works perfectly when we receive an email. We'd like it to work just like this...
First thing, I am not using Zoho Desk, so I'm offering a more general suggestion:
Are you using a marketplace addon/app for connecting Zoho and Jira? If so, I recommend contacting that vendor on their marketplace, support page to learn what they suggest.
Umm, that is curious. If it is their app which is updating a custom field (or posting a comment) that changes the issue, the vendor has control over how that is marked-up, link or not.
