Hi,
If we upgrade from trial version of Zephyr scale on Jira, to the paid licenced version - do we lose any of the information that we had on the trial version or does the information remain the same and then continue seamlessly once we've paid, assuming there is a seamless transition to the paid version.
No data changes when you subscribe, the licence only enables you to carry on using the software, you don't need to migrate, install, or re-configure anything on Cloud, just pay for the subscription. (On server/dc you have to paste a licence key into a box to enable it, but that's all)
Additionally, some apps enable more functionality when you apply a paid licence. I don't think Zephyr Scale is one of them though.
