Hello! I have a problem accessing my Atlassian Cloud. An error appears when trying to connect (attach the screenshot of the problem). Can you please help me?
All people in my cloud have the same error.
I don't see any issue ongoing on the Atlassian platform at this time (https://status.atlassian.com/)
Could you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and verify your billing status? This message sometimes comes up when the billing is no longer valid or has expired.
If not, you'd be best suited to open a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to contact the engineers directly.
