XRay - Unable to create Service Desk Account

I am having trouble using the Xray REST API and thought I would ask my question to them first before the wider Atlassian community.  All support for that product must go through their Service Desk portal.  However, I am unable to create an account to even start the process.  On this page - https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/user/signup 

I get the following error:

I have tried this several times; on different browsers.  I have nearly all admin access to our Jira account, and our full administrator does not know what this means.   Can anyone help?  Or have other suggestions on where to go for help with the Xray REST API?

HI @Angela Robertson ,

 

I have used the Xray Apis and have contacted their support without issue. You can also place the question in the 3rd party apps section.

 

If you have a specific questions about APIs, please feel free to post here as well. I mainly use the APIs to send test results to send the test execution.

I still cannot figure out how to contact Xray support directly.
