Workflow Status Closed/Done is not removing issue from 'Assigned To Me' on Dashboard

We have a project in JIRA which has a Closed status. When an Issue (Epic, Task, Bug, Story etc) is set to Closed.. the issue comes off the Assigned To Me in the Dashboard

There are transitions on this Workflow

On another project we also have Closed (same one that is Green in colour as the above) but with no Transitions as all status can move to Closed

However - Issues on this project do not come off the Assigned To Me in the Dashboard when the issue is Closed

I have checked both workflows but apart from the Transitions I cant see any difference.

Has anyone any idea what this may be caused by - Thanks

Hi @Tracy N,

You can check for issues in both projects.

When issue closed, dose the resolution field equal to unsolved?

Thanks Ollie - no we dont have/use Resolution as it isnt required on that project that is still showing on the Dashboard. But we do on the one that does remove correctly

The dashboard will no longer display the issues if resolution != unresolved

You can refer to the workflow that shows the correct project and check the screen and postfunction configuration on the close transition.

for example:

The little thing on the right that says 'all' is the transition. Click it and add a post-function to set 'resolution' to the empty value (none).

Keep in mind, you should also tell Jira to clear the resolution when leaving done, so you should adjust ALL transitions on that workflow.
