Why we can not access Qality plus test cases with 10 users only (Free)?

We have already written lot of test cases in Qality plus & We have 10 users only currently. Users arenot exceeded anymore. But, We can not able to view the already written test cases now. So, Please help to view all the test cases.

Have you ever exceeded 10 users?

If you go to Manage Apps and look at the license information for that app, does it provide any additional information?

If you go to Manage Apps and look at the license information for that app, does it provide any additional information?

I think you will need to contact the vendor of the app directly to resolve licensing issues with that app.
