Why is there a difference between the Issues nb displayed in the board & in the board configuration ?

Here's the number of issues for each column in the Configuration board:

Here's the number of issues when going back to the board

Columns:

- Internal Use: 17 or 15 issues

- External Use: 33 or 31 issues

- Verification Request: 17 or 16 issues

This problem is also observed for others projects.

Hello @Agnès DOS SANTOS 

In the board configuration you are seeing the count of all issues of all types that are in those statuses and within the scope of the board. There are a variety of reasons that the issue might not be displayed on the board.

If it is a scrum board only issues in Active sprints display on the board view.

Some of the issues counted in the board configuration may be Subtask type issues which may not be visible on the board.

For issues in a green/Done status, they may have been aged off the board.

We would need more information about the type of project and the missing issues to provide specific answers about the discrepancies.

You give me the solution ! The missing issues are listed in the Backlog and not in the Board ! I just have to move them to Board to display them !
