We started using the trial of Tempo Timesheets today and I ran a test report. I filtered by Team and selected my two teams. I changed the date range to show time logged in August. The result returned no data. The teams are logging time, so why is it not showing up in the report?
Since your Tempo is newly installed today, we recommend to wait a little bit to fully synced with your existing worklogs.
