I am trying to look for the bulk edit function. But when I click on the three dots in the top right corner, there is no drop-down list that provides the "bulk edit" option. Nor does it shows any check box column on the left. What should I do if I want to work on closing multiple tickets at one time? Is there any other alternative way to do that or any way I can find the "bulk edit" option

A Jira Administrator will need to grant that permission to you and n the System Settings.
Go to Settings > System > Global Permissions
