Hey everybody,
ok, I have an user with this permissions:
I have added this user to only one Software Project - but the User can see all Software projects and access all of them! Here's an example of a Software project the User can see:
So what's the problem here? Why does this user see and access for example even this project? Where did I do the mistake?
Thanks a lot!
Depending on what your Permission Scheme for the project is (for example, we mostly use the Default Permission Scheme), users can browse projects as they wish.
I highly recommend adjusting the "Browse Projects" permission to only have "Administrators" and "Developers" inside of the project being able to view it. This means only the people added to the project will be able to view it.
Seems like the Standard Scheme allows 'any User' to Browse Projects. So just modifed this. ;)

Hi, my access settings scheme is configured as you indicate - "Browse Projects" only by project roles.
However, employees who are not in this project and do not even have access to the Jira Software see Software projects.
What am I doing wrong?
