I have a user that is not able to re-assign the ticket back to the Reporter. Why can't the user assign ticket back to reporter?
Can the user assign the issue to a different person, other than the Reporter?
Two things to check:
1. If the user is able to assign the issue to another person other than the Reporter, then check if the Reporter a member of a group or role that has the Assignable User permission in the Permission Scheme associated with the project.
2. If the user is not able to assign the issue any other person, then check if the user is a member of a group or role that has the Assign Issue permission in the Permission Scheme associated with the project.
The fix was I updated the permission for Assignable User and added value of Anylogged in user.
