Within the Jira issue Development Panel, GitHub commits and Branch information displays, but the Pull Requests are not displaying.
I was just about to ask the same question.... We're using GitLab 11.7.4 EE.

I don't understand why it has been over a month without an answer......
This was fixed in GitLab's Release 11.10 or 11.11. I forget which. It's working fine for us now that we upgraded.
