Why are Story Points not supported in Advanced Road Map

We've built a RoadMap but can't seem to be able to use Story Points in the Plan.

Dev Story Points and QA Story Points are available but not Story Points

In Jira, the native Story point Field would just be "Story Points" so the "Dev Story Points" and "QA Story Points" would be custom fields unrelated to the native Story Point estimation field.

Since the native Story Point field is not showing up I would guess that the Plans configurations are set to either Days or Hours under the scheduling section, I recommend checking and verifying that its set up like this:

When set to story points the field should be a selectable option as a column in the main plan view, when set to the others options it will display column options for either estimate(d) or estimate(h) and the story point field will not be a selectable option.

Story points can see only for Scrum Teams not for the kanban. Change existing kanban Teams to Scrum in "Team" field and navigate to "Configure" select Story points radio button. Now you can see "Story points" in Fields
