Hey everyone,

I currently have 21 issues in status Backlog, however my Board is showing only 5 of them. When I go to board settings, the status reflects correct number of issues - but when I go back it's still incorrect.

I tried to experiment with custom status, but then I got back to the initial setup and having Backlog, In Progress and Done.

Any tips?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you working with a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the board.

Do you have a Swimlanes setting or Group By setting activated?

What are the issue types for the visible issues versus the one that are not visible?

Under some settings for Swimlanes and Group By, certain issue types will not be shown as cards on the board.

Hi @Bartosz Mróz ~ in addition to @Florian Bonniec 's info, also check your board filter and make sure in includes everything.  Also make sure you don't have a Quick Filter selected that would filter out issues on your board.

Is it a Scrum or Kanban board ?

Do you have backlog issue with fixVersion that happen to be released ?
