When registering as a member of Jira Cloud, I write down the company mail and apply, but I don't get an authentication mail from the account. There is no blocking list in this email account, and it doesn't come even if you whitelist Atlasian Mail. Mail also normally arrives in other domains (e.g. Google). Is there anything else I need to check?
Thank you.
Hi @[deleted] , thanks for your question and welcome to the community!
It depends what you mean both by 'registering as a member of Jira Cloud' and the settings on your Cloud site / organization.
Have you checked your email is in an approved domain?
Please check these settings in your organization, in the Product settings, under 'User access settings', to see which domains have access to which products and then also which user invites and invitation link settings are active.
It might be, for example, you just need to add the domain of your email or modify slightly another setting.
If you still need help, let us know.
Cheers
