Why I can't add a new status in a project that is not created by me?

Thanks for reading my question. 

I am trying to add a new status in a new column. The system is not displaying "Add Status" option in the board. However, I can add a status to the other projects that are created by me. 

I have checked my user access. And it looks fine. I am going to share it below:

administrators	ACCESSADMIN	Grants access to all applications and their administration features (excluding Site administration)	Remove group
confluence-users	DEFAULT		Remove group
jira-administrators	ADMIN		Remove group
jira-software-users	DEFAULT		Remove group
site-admins	ACCESSADMIN	Grants access to all applications, their administration features and Site administration, which includes managing users and bills	Remove group
Team Hurkmans			Remove group

** I cant add status in "Team Hurkmans" project that is at the bottom of the table
