I'm currently moving issues from team managed project to company managed project. Will my issues keep their status in the current worklow to the new one if the workflows are identical from one projetc to an other ?

Hi Romain - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you do the move, you should be able to designate which status the current issues are moving to. So, I would do bulk change moves based on only moving the issues in a particular status. Do that multiple times for each set of issues for each status that current has issues in it.

Here's some documentation on this topic. The move operation will prompt you for the status mapping, so you shouldn't need to a separate bulk change for each status. But if the workflows are identical, this should be trivial.
