When I create a new jira ticket the link associated with it shows https://example.attlasian.net

 

How do I fix this where I can click on the link for a new ticket and it navigates to the correct url for our company?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When you login to Jira, what is the URL that shows in the browser when you complete the login? Is it the same as the one you mentioned in your post?

The Jira issue should be created in the Jira instance to which you are currently logged in. Make sure you are logged in to the correct Jira instance before starting the ticket creation.
