When I add a Jira fieldmultiselect to Table Grid Next Generation the options are empty

Latest version of Table grid Next Generation

I am trying to get the system component field in the Table Grid.  So in the Grid Column configuration I select Dynamic -> select Datasource = Jira Fields = Issue Components

My column name is Component but the options are empty for Component.  Why are the options empty?  How do I map the Colum to the Jira Field?  

in the column configuration I under Mapping i see

label and then a dropdown containing 3 values id, description , lead-Name but I am not sure what those values relate to as far as mapping a column to a jira field.  Its really not clear how you manually map a column to a jira field...I need assistance
