What's the best option to sync Jira and MS Project?

Hello,

Does anyone have experience syncing MS Project with Jira?

I'm looking at ConnectALL, but it looks like it only works with Project Server, can anyone validate that?

Also looking at Ceptah Bridge, that seems to work with MS Project Desktop. Has anyone used it? Can I use it to allow for dynamic scheduling with MS Project that updates Jira fields?

Ceptah Bridge can update most JIRA fields.
