What are the "Mars Landing", "Headquarters" and "SpaceExploration" belongs to? It does not look like a 'field'.

Hi @Andre , Welcome to community!
They are 'Epic names' of the epics to which those stories belong to..
Would recommend the free training course 'go agile with JIRA' in https://training.atlassian.com/free-training-catalog to understand how to work with Epics in JIRA agile..
Hi Chee,
those appear to be Epics. Epics are special issuetypes that are used as ‘containers’ for other issues. They typically capture a long term effort to achieve a set of related goals. You create these just as you do other issues cost the Create button but you give it an Epic name. Then you associate other issues to the epic which can be done via the Epic Link in the issues or drag and drop via the Backlog.

FWIW they are indeed Epics - this is a "teams in space" system that Atlassian uses as an example data set for docs and demos (and, provides to partners for the same, so we tend to have a few copies lying around and recognise the baseline data in it)
