I'll start this thread by saying I'm not at all a technical person, but...
Our team just started using Slack and I noticed that they had a Jira Cloud integration which I've configured for Jira. I now have notifications being sent to Slack whenever an issue is created in Jira which is really neat, but a bit of overkill.
Is there anyway to modify the Webhook to only send a notification when an issue has been created, but hasn't been actioned yet for XX amount of time, i.e. to remind us that there is a new issue sitting around waiting for us to work on?
