Hi Team,We couldn't see who has added "Task" issuetype in our issue type scheme. In audit log its not capturing correctly.

To my surprise, the audit activities in Jira applications do not record scheme changes except for permissions, workflows and notifications.
So you won't be able to audit your requested action.
