Hi,
Presently, we rely on tools like Smartsheet and SharePoint to extract data from JIRA for all enterprise projects. This data helps us assess the health status of corresponding programs or projects, track timelines, monitor KPIs, gauge the amount of effort (LOE) invested, understand ongoing work by project teams, and identify what's next in our workflow. And we roll it up as a power point deck for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Executive Leadership Team (ELT), etc. for a visual presentation.
We aim to transition away from using tools like Smartsheet and instead leverage JIRA as our central repository. We are looking for plugins or tools within JIRA that can fulfill these requirements. Does anyone have any recommendations? I came across Dashboard Hub for Jira - Custom Charts & Share Reports by Appfire - has anyone used it for Program/Portfolio Management purposes, and if so, what was your experience?
