hi I'm facing this issue for 2 days now, I cannot even access to xray settings, sometime service comes back but doesn't last.

We're having trouble connecting to Tests. Try contacting the developer for support.
We also use xray and there have been some production incidents reported as of Saturday. They should now be resolved but I would recommend bookmarking their status site link for the latest info. You can also subscribe to their notifications so if there is an issue in the future you will get an email.

From what you describe, it looks like you can best reach out to the vendor of xray, which is a Marketplace app. You can find contact details to reach out to them directly on the app's marketplace listing.
