We have two cloud instances of Jira and we would like to merge them.

Please can anyone recommend any apps that help with this?

I have looked at Project Configurator for Jira and Configuration Manager for Jira. Unfortunately these only work on Server / Data Center.

The default way of importing and exporting does not migrate things like attachments.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Matt,

we migrate/merge cloud servers quite often using Configuration Manager for JIRA following the described above by Alexey procedure - create server clones of the cloud servers, merge them and then upload the merged server to the cloud.

Hello,

You need to backup your cloud instances for server and restore the backups on two stage Jira Servers. Then merge two instance with the Project Configurator or the Configuration Manager plugins. And then restore the merged backup back to Cloud.

Both plugins can migrate attachments
