We have a project that has been created but there are no Kanban board and Epics

Hi @Hinder, Colin (Consultant) and welcome to the community,
Maybe you have created an issue-only project, without a board. However you can create your own boards and associate them with the project:
Click on board and then click Create Board. Follow the instructions on the pop up that will appear and you should be easy create a new board.
