A simple filter that gets To Do issues is now failing, used to work till recently. I've tried deleting all my filters and recreating them, making a simple filter [status = "To Do"], a slightly more complicated one [status IN ("To Do","In Progress")] - no use. Obviously, something on the Jira side has changed. This is a siginificant hit to productivity. How can I make this work?

I also notice that the Custom filters section is under the Board menu item, while I'm trying to apply them on the Backlog. And, anyway, the same filter fails on the Board, too.

We are having the exact same issue.

Basic filters that were working are all failing. We deleted filters and recreated from scratch with the same error message. Creating new filters also does not work.

Example: project = "Defect Tracker" and status != Done

Error received when applying the filter:

We couldn't load your filters
One or more of your filters can't be used right now. You can check your filter queries and try again

The issue has been resolved after applying filters this morning. No changes were made on our end.
