Various Errors Occurring

jonathan January 23, 2022

Hi,

I'm currently not able to view any sprint board, and I can't reassign tickets. I can't find any other person on my team or other teams with this issue, and I've already had my JIRA administrator check my permissions for potential issues. I have also logged out and restarted my computer. When I try to view the sprint board, I see this stack trace:

When I try to reassign a ticket, searching for someone to assign it to results in the following stack trace:

Anyone have any ideas on what could be going on?

Using the browser in incognito mode fixed it.

Having the same exact issue Chrome on Ubuntu. I very much prefer not to have to use incognito. This is reproducible on my desktop and laptop.

@jonathan It turns out a chrome extension was causing the unexpected javascript errors. Turning it off fixed this problem. In this case, it was the Tron wallet extension. It seems like other extensions can cause this issue as well, so I would narrow down the extension by the process of elimination.
