We have to enable a check in every GitHub pull request, which checks that subject should have one Jira Id associated with.

Suppose PR subject is "PR to add new feature of audio processor with ticket XP-DEVOPS-1111."
Now how can I validate this ticket "XP-DEVOPS-1111", whether this is valid ticket or not in Jira at the time of PR creation?
