Users bulk import

Hi There

Is it possible for you to bulk import a list of our users ? We have purchased just now the 2000 tier license for our JIRA software and would like to have all our employees having a license assigned. A lot of them already have an account so for those we would only have to assign them a license and for the non-.existing one to create them and assign them a license.,

BUT only for our employees (we have also a lot of clients account in there, for those we don't want to give then a Software license as they are now on the ServiceDesk platform)
