User not found in the system while importing issues from CSV file

I am trying to import issues from CSV file but its throwing an error called user is not found in the system even though those users are existing jira users.

 

Kindly help me to import issues from CSV file.

Hi @Hema TB , did you make sure that the username is similar to the data in the csv file?

It looks like you have to make them both completely similar. Otherwise you can delete the user and let the import wizard create the users for you.

Username is different is jira, I will update the CSV file with proper usernames.
