User management

Hi,

I have faced the following problems:

1) I removed several users from a group on 04/04/23, then today I found out they are still there. I checked by Audit log and no one had added them back.
2) In The same way I didn't remove one of our engineers from a group but today I found his name missing from the group members list.
I didn't find both actions: adding back (1st case) and removing the user (2nd case) in the Audit log. How can it be? Please advise.

Thanks
Lena

Hello @Lena Sargsyan

Are you managing the groups through admin.atlassian.com?

Are the groups locally defined within Atlassian Administration, or are they synchronizing with an external system?

Hello @Trudy Claspill

Yes

> Are the groups locally defined within Atlassian Administration, or are they synchronizing with an external system?

I think the groups are locally defined within Atlassian Administration because I can administer them.

>are they synchronizing with an external system?

I don't really know. How to check that?

Thanks!
