As a JIRA Admin, I have a user that doesn't receive any notification from a specific project (issue created, updated, new comment), but from others projects he does receive them.
These projects use the same notification scheme, so no difference in there.
When i run the notification helper, there is no error the user should receive email notification.
No problem with the JIRA server/email server, as he receives the notifications from other projects.
Does someone has an idea why is this happening or something else that i should check?

Welcome to the community!
Off the top of my head, my guess is maybe the user setup rules in their mailbox. If every other project works and they all use the same schemes then I would start my troubleshooting with the users email.

It turns out that this was the problem, a rule in the mailbox.
