Is there any way to syncronize user profile picture between Azure AD and Jira Cloud?

The profile pictures shown on a Cloud site it's actually stored in Gravatar and not in Atlassian.
With this said, it's not possible to sync and update the users' profile picture from Azure. Users must access their profile on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and manually change their picture.
There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:
