Hello,

I would like to sum up time spent in epic level.

I've tred several ways found but none is working.

Here is the last automation tested but not working.

1.PNG2.PNG

Example : The original estimate and remaining work for a story are 2 hours.

- When I add a 1h work log at the story level, the time spent is correctly added to the epic (1h time spent and 1h remaining time).

- However, when I add another 1h work log at the story level, the time spent at the epic level becomes 3h instead of 2h.

-Furthermore, when we delete a work log at the story level, it is not reflected at all in the epic level.

Could you please help

Hi @Liz K_ -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Would you please clarify what you expect to be in the Epic?

For example, if you want to echo the entries from the children (allowing them to automagically rollup in the parent), why not just log exactly the same time in the Epic for each child logging work?

And...would you please post images of the audit log details, showing the rule execution when it worked as expected and when it did not?  Those may provide context to help.

Kind regards,
Bill
